Wow! This is my 100th post! So you've probably noticed duct tape is all the rage right now. You can find them in the craft stores in all different colors and patterns. It's not just grey and found in the hardware store anymore! I was at a teen party and 1 of the crafts was making things out of duct tape. I decided to try it out for myself and here's what I came up with.
This shopping bag is made entirely out of duct tape and nothing else! It was actually quite easy to make, until I go to the part where I had to assemble the sides together.
The handles were also a bit tricky. I needed some extra hands to help me finish it.
For this wallet/coupon holder I used an envelope and just covered it with duct tape. It sounded like a simple way to make my 1st duct tape thing. I actually think it would have been easier w/o the envelope.
I found pretty duct tape was actually fun to work with. I may try to make something else soon.
The best price I've seen to buy the duct tape is at Walmart. It was just over $3 at ours.
